und Vollst\u00e4be aus technischen und Standardthermoplasten entwickelt. Typische Materialien sind POM, PEEK, PPS, ABS, PE und PP. Die fertigen Halbzeuge k\u00f6nnen zu Zahnr\u00e4dern, Lagern, Buchsen, elektronischen Komponenten und weiteren Pr\u00e4zisions- oder Formteilen bearbeitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Servomotor und ein Kugelgewindetrieb f\u00fcr den Kalt-Schub liefern kontrollierte Schubkraft; ein achtzoniges PID-Temperaturregelsystem h\u00e4lt stabile Extrusionsbedingungen aufrecht. Automatische Laserl\u00e4ngenmessung, Servoschneiden, Z\u00e4hlen und Stapeln unterst\u00fctzen eine kontinuierliche Produktion mit geringerem manuellen Aufwand. Die Konfigurationen JWS45 und JWS50 bieten Referenzausst\u00f6\u00dfe von 15 bis 30 kg\/h, Plattendicken von 10 bis 150 mm und Produktbreiten bis 1,000 mm.
