Rohre mit einer L\u00e4nge von bis zu 6 Metern k\u00f6nnen direkt in eine horizontale Beschickungsrinne geladen werden. Nach dem Laden schlie\u00dft sich die Rinne automatisch; ein hydraulisches Vorschubsystem bewegt das Rohr zur Mittelachse, wo es mit hohem Drehmoment und niedriger Drehzahl zerkleinert wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effiziente zweistufige Gr\u00f6\u00dfenreduzierung:<\/strong>\u00a0Um eine optimale Granulatqualit\u00e4t zu erzielen, wird das zerkleinerte Material automatisch einem nachgeschalteten Hochgeschwindigkeitsbrecher zugef\u00fchrt. Dieser zweistufige Prozess bringt das Material auf den f\u00fcr die nachgeschaltete Extrusion oder Granulierung erforderlichen Korndurchmesser.
