Les mat\u00e9riaux types comprennent POM, PEEK, PPS, ABS, PE et PP. Les produits semi-finis obtenus peuvent \u00eatre usin\u00e9s pour fabriquer engrenages, paliers, bagues, composants \u00e9lectroniques et autres pi\u00e8ces plastiques de pr\u00e9cision ou de forme sp\u00e9ciale.<\/p>\n<p>Un servomoteur et un syst\u00e8me de pouss\u00e9e froide \u00e0 vis \u00e0 billes assurent une pouss\u00e9e contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, tandis qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me PID de r\u00e9gulation thermique \u00e0 huit zones maintient des conditions d\u2019extrusion stables. La mesure automatique de longueur par laser, la d\u00e9coupe servo, le comptage et l\u2019empilage favorisent une production continue avec moins de manutention manuelle.
