    Description du produit<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    La ligne Jwell de recyclage en deux \u00e9tapes avec compoundage et granulation, combinant vis simple et vis jumel\u00e9es, associe recyclage, filtration de la mati\u00e8re fondue et modification de formulation dans un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 continu. Le PP, PE, PC, PET, ABS et d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux de base sont introduits dans l\u2019extrudeuse \u00e0 vis simple pour la fusion, la plastification et la mont\u00e9e en pression. La mati\u00e8re fondue passe ensuite dans un changeur de filtres continu et une pompe \u00e0 mati\u00e8re fondue avant d\u2019entrer dans l\u2019extrudeuse bivis.<\/p>\n

    Au deuxi\u00e8me stade, la mati\u00e8re fondue filtr\u00e9e est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e en ligne avec des charges, additifs ou autres composants de formulation pour achever la modification et la granulation requises. Cette conception en \u00e9tapes distinctes s\u00e9pare la fusion et la filtration stables du compoundage intensif ; elle convient donc particuli\u00e8rement aux mati\u00e8res recycl\u00e9es n\u00e9cessitant purification et ajustement des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.
