La r\u00e9sine thermoplastique sert de matrice et les fibres continues de renfort ; la ligne associe impr\u00e9gnation par fusion de la r\u00e9sine, extrusion et formage pour fabriquer des plaques composites avanc\u00e9es offrant une r\u00e9sistance, une rigidit\u00e9 et une t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ainsi que la recyclabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ligne de production est id\u00e9ale pour fabriquer du ruban unidirectionnel CFRTP-UD, une plaque composite thermoplastique renforc\u00e9e de fibres en monocouche. Les fibres continues sont \u00e9tal\u00e9es, align\u00e9es parall\u00e8lement, impr\u00e9gn\u00e9es de r\u00e9sine thermoplastique puis mises en forme. Comme elles sont dispos\u00e9es sans entrecroisement dans une structure unidirectionnelle \u00e0 0\u00b0, le mat\u00e9riau final pr\u00e9sente d&rsquo;excellentes performances m\u00e9caniques et une qualit\u00e9 constante.
