produits de toilette de 200ml-5000ml, notamment des flacons de shampoing, des contenants de gel douche, des bouteilles de d\u00e9tergent et d\u2019autres r\u00e9cipients pour soins personnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Configuration \u00e0 deux stations :<\/strong>\u00a0La conception \u00e0 deux stations permet de produire en parall\u00e8le et d\u2019augmenter consid\u00e9rablement le rendement par rapport aux machines \u00e0 station unique. Chaque station fonctionne ind\u00e9pendamment, ce qui permet une production continue pendant le chargement ou le d\u00e9chargement de l\u2019autre station.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Production polyvalente de bouteilles :<\/strong>\u00a0Avec trois mod\u00e8les (BM05D, BM12D, BM30D), la s\u00e9rie traite des produits d\u2019un volume maximal de 5L \u00e0 30L. Chaque mod\u00e8le est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une vis principale de dimension adapt\u00e9e (75mm, 90mm, 100mm) et d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de plastification appropri\u00e9e (90, 160, 190 kg\/h) pour optimiser les performances selon la taille des bouteilles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Options de finition haut de gamme :<\/strong>\u00a0Le syst\u00e8me de coextrusion \u00e0 couche nacr\u00e9e en option cr\u00e9e des effets visuels attrayants qui renforcent l\u2019attrait du produit en rayon. Les empreintes de la t\u00eate de fili\u00e8re peuvent \u00eatre choisies selon les dimensions pr\u00e9cises du produit afin d\u2019obtenir un r\u00e9sultat optimal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flux de travail automatis\u00e9 :<\/strong>\u00a0Le syst\u00e8me prend en charge en option l\u2019\u00e9bavurage automatique en ligne, le transport des d\u00e9chets et le convoyage des produits finis.
