ultrasspesse e barre piene in termoplastici tecnici e di uso generale. I materiali tipici includono POM, PEEK, PPS, ABS, PE e PP. I semilavorati finiti possono essere lavorati per ottenere ingranaggi, cuscinetti, boccole, componenti elettronici e altre parti plastiche di precisione o sagomate.<\/p>\n<p>Un sistema cold-push servoassistito con vite a ricircolo di sfere fornisce una spinta controllata, mentre il sistema PID di controllo della temperatura a otto zone mantiene condizioni di estrusione stabili. Misurazione automatica della lunghezza con laser, taglio servoassistito, conteggio e impilamento supportano produzione continua con minore movimentazione manuale. Le configurazioni JWS45 e JWS50 offrono portate di riferimento da 15 a 30 kg\/h, spessori delle lastre da 10 a 150 mm e larghezze del prodotto fino a 1,000 mm.
