De sandwichlaag kan bestaan uit PVC met hoog calciumgehalte of PVC-schuimcompound, zodat fabrikanten kunnen kiezen uit twee in de documentatie ondersteunde kernmaterialen voor hun productievereisten.<\/p>\n<p>Elke extruder is uitgerust met een zeer slijtvaste schroefcilinder van een legering. De toevoer met dubbele schroef bevordert een gelijkmatige poedertoevoer en helpt materiaalbruggen te voorkomen, zodat de toevoer tijdens de productie consistent blijft. De geoptimaliseerde drielaagse PVC-matrijs heeft een verchroomd, hoogglans gepolijst intern stromingskanaal dat bestand is tegen slijtage en corrosie. In combinatie met een specifieke kalibreerhuls ondersteunt deze matrijs- en kalibratieopstelling een hogere productiesnelheid en een glad buisoppervlak.<\/p>\n<p>De zaagmachine gebruikt voor verdere verwerking een roterende klem die zich aan verschillende buisdiameters aanpast zonder de opspanning vaak te vervangen. Met een instelbaar zwevend afschuinmechanisme kan de afschuinmaat worden ingesteld op basis van de buisdiameter en wanddikte. Snijden en afschuinen gebeuren in \u00e9\u00e9n stap, wat de afwerkingsvolgorde vereenvoudigt.
