platen en massieve staven uit technische en algemene thermoplasten. Typische materialen zijn POM, PEEK, PPS, ABS, PE en PP. De afgewerkte halffabricaten kunnen worden verspaand tot tandwielen, lagers, bussen, elektronische componenten en andere precisie- of speciaal gevormde kunststofonderdelen.<\/p>\n<p>Een servomotor en kogelschroef-koudperssysteem leveren gecontroleerde stuwkracht; een PID-temperatuurregeling in acht zones houdt de extrusieomstandigheden stabiel. Automatische laserlengtemeting, servogestuurd snijden, tellen en stapelen ondersteunen continue productie met minder handmatige verwerking. De configuraties JWS45 en JWS50 bieden referentiecapaciteiten van 15 tot 30 kg\/h, plaatdiktes van 10 tot 150 mm en productbreedtes tot 1,000 mm.
