    De JWELL-compoundeer- en pelletiseerlijn met interne mixer voor voormenging is ontwikkeld voor formuleringen die baat hebben bij intensieve voormenging v\u00f3\u00f3r extrusie. De interne mixer, ook wel kneder genoemd, mengt en plastificeert grondstoffen gedeeltelijk voordat ze het downstream compoundsysteem ingaan. Dit is bijzonder waardevol voor warmte- en afschuifgevoelige compounds.<\/p>\n

    Effectieve voormenging verbetert de ingredi\u00ebntverdeling en vermindert de mengbelasting van de extruder. Dat helpt het risico op materiaaldegradatie te verlagen en ondersteunt een compound met hoge dispersie. Typische toepassingen zijn compounds met een hoog vulstofgehalte, kleurmasterbatch, kabelcompounds, halogeenvrije vlamvertragende materialen en elastomeren.
