    De JWELL-tweetraps recycling- en compoundeer-pelletiseerlijn met enkele en dubbele schroef combineert recycling, smeltfiltratie en formuleringsmodificatie in \u00e9\u00e9n continu proces. PP, PE, PC, PET, ABS en andere basismaterialen worden in de enkelschroefsextruder gevoerd voor smelten, plastificeren en drukopbouw. De smelt gaat vervolgens door een continue zeefwisselaar en smeltpomp voordat deze de dubbelschroefsextruder ingaat.<\/p>\n

    In de tweede fase wordt de gefilterde smelt online gemengd met vulstoffen, additieven of andere formuleringcomponenten om de gewenste modificatie en pelletisering te voltooien. Dit getrapte ontwerp scheidt stabiel smelten en filtreren van intensief compounderen en is daardoor geschikt voor gerecyclede grondstoffen die zowel zuivering als aanpassing van eigenschappen vereisen.
