De lijn gebruikt thermoplastische hars als matrix en continue vezels als versterking en integreert harsimpregnering, extrusie en vormgeving om geavanceerde composietplaten te produceren met hoge sterkte, stijfheid en taaiheid, en met recyclebaarheid.<\/p>\n<p>Deze productielijn is ideaal voor de productie van CFRTP-UD unidirectionele tape: een composietplaat van \u00e9\u00e9n laag met vezelversterking, gemaakt door continue vezels uit te spreiden, parallel uit te lijnen, met thermoplastische hars te impregneren en vervolgens tot eindproduct te vormen. Doordat de vezels zonder verweving in een unidirectionele structuur van 0\u00b0 liggen, heeft het eindmateriaal uitstekende mechanische eigenschappen en een consistente kwaliteit. De productbreedte kan op verzoek worden aangepast van 300 mm tot 1500 mm.<\/p>\n<p>De CFRT-prepregtape-composietlijn van Jwell is geschikt voor uiteenlopende sectoren die lichte, hoogwaardige materialen nodig hebben.
