Buizen tot 6 meter lang kunnen rechtstreeks in een horizontale invoergoot worden geladen. Na het laden sluit de goot automatisch en duwt een hydraulisch voortstuwingssysteem de buis naar de centrale as voor versnippering met een hoog koppel en laag toerental.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effici\u00ebnte verkleining in twee fasen:<\/strong>\u00a0Voor een hoogwaardige korrelkwaliteit wordt het versnipperde materiaal automatisch naar een secundaire hogesnelheidsbreker gevoerd. Dit proces in twee fasen verkleint het materiaal tot de exacte korreldiameter die voor extrusie of granulatie verderop nodig is. Doordat buizen niet vooraf in kleinere stukken hoeven te worden gezaagd, vervallen arbeidskosten en zaagafval die doorgaans bij buisrecycling ontstaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veilige werking met hoge capaciteit:<\/strong>\u00a0De volledige unit wordt aangestuurd via een centraal PLC-besturingssysteem voor stabiele, energie-effici\u00ebnte prestaties en maximale veiligheid voor operators.
