desenvolvida para produzir placas ultr espessas e barras s\u00f3lidas a partir de termopl\u00e1sticos de engenharia e de uso geral. Os materiais t\u00edpicos incluem POM, PEEK, PPS, ABS, PE e PP. Os produtos semiacabados podem ser maquinados para fabricar engrenagens, rolamentos, casquilhos, componentes eletr\u00f3nicos e outras pe\u00e7as pl\u00e1sticas de precis\u00e3o ou de formas especiais.<\/p>\n<p>Um servomotor e um sistema de empurramento a frio com fuso de esferas proporcionam for\u00e7a de impulso controlada, enquanto um sistema de controlo de temperatura PID de oito zonas mant\u00e9m condi\u00e7\u00f5es de extrus\u00e3o est\u00e1veis. A medi\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica do comprimento por laser, o corte por servomotor, a contagem e o empilhamento permitem uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua com menos manuseamento manual. As configura\u00e7\u00f5es JWS45 e JWS50 proporcionam produ\u00e7\u00f5es de refer\u00eancia de 15 a 30 kg\/h, espessuras de placa de 10 a 150 mm e larguras de produto at\u00e9 1,000 mm.
