The PVC pipe extrusion line is designed for the production of PVC-UH, UPVC and CPVC pipes in different diameters and wall thicknesses. A range of PVC-specific twin-screw extruder models allows buyers to match the main machine to the required pipe size and production output. Available line models cover pipe specifications from Φ16 mm to Φ1200 mm, with stated outputs ranging from 250–300 kg/h to 1100–1200 kg/h.

The specially designed screw structure supports uniform plasticization and high output during PVC processing. For the extrusion stage, the pipe die is manufactured from high-quality alloy steel. Its internal flow channel receives chrome plating and high-polish treatment to improve wear and corrosion resistance. A dedicated high-speed sizing sleeve works with the die to support faster production and good pipe surface quality.

Ten listed configurations provide a practical selection path for procurement teams. Depending on the required diameter range, the specified extruder options include SJZ65/132, SJZ80/156, SJZ92/188, and SJZ110/220 or SJP135/31. Listed main motor power ranges from 37 kW to 160 kW.
