Descripción del producto
Stable Plasticization for Chemical Fiber Spinning
El JWELL Chemical Fiber Spinning Screw is designed for the melt extrusion requirements of synthetic fiber production. Its LTM pin-type structure supports stable polymer conveying and uniform plasticization, helping prepare a consistent melt before it enters the downstream spinning system.
The specially arranged pin section increases the interaction between the polymer melt and the screw. This design promotes material distribution and mixing during extrusion while supporting stable continuous operation. It is suitable for chemical fiber production processes where melt uniformity is an important requirement.
The screw can be used for spinning a range of common synthetic fiber materials, including:
- Poliéster
- Nailon
- Spandex
- Polipropileno
These applications cover different chemical fiber spinning processes and production requirements. The final screw dimensions and configuration should be selected according to the processed polymer, extruder model and spinning process.
For product selection or replacement, customers should provide the existing screw drawing, screw diameter, effective length, L/D ratio, processed polymer and machine model. This information helps determine whether the LTM pin arrangement and screw configuration match the intended spinning application.
With its application-specific structure, the JWELL Chemical Fiber Spinning Screw provides a practical core component for polyester, nylon, spandex and polypropylene spinning equipment.
