The JWELL FDY spinning machine processes PP, PA or PET to produce industrial filament yarn. It combines extrusion, spinning, cross-flow quenching, drawing and winding in one integrated production system. Designed for industrial yarn manufacturing, the equipment provides a coordinated process from polymer extrusion through to wound yarn packages, with output and configuration selected according to the customer’s production requirements.

The line supports a yarn fineness range of 200D–3000D. A customized all-in-one arrangement helps conserve factory space, while installation can be planned around a dedicated spinning building or an integral steel structure. These layout options allow purchasers to discuss the equipment arrangement alongside their available plant space and intended production capacity.

Steam heating is used for the hot godets, with a dedicated roller arrangement designed to support yarn strength and tension control during drawing. A specially designed cross-flow quenching device supports filament uniformity before the downstream drawing and winding stages. Together, these features address the heating, cooling and yarn-handling requirements described for this industrial filament line.

Electrical control incorporates imported-brand frequency converters, temperature-control instruments and rotary transmitters. The automatic-changeover winding head provides precision winding and supports consistent yarn package formation.
