JWELL Sheet Extruder Screw is developed for the extrusion of plastic sheet, board and film products. Instead of applying one general screw structure to every material and end product, this series uses application-oriented designs for different sheet, plate and film processing requirements.

For sheet and board production, a vented screw configuration can be selected. The venting structure is suited to applications in which gases or volatile components need to be managed during processing. For film production, the screw normally adopts a more complex separation-type or barrier-type structure. The configuration should be selected according to the processed polymer and the required finished product.

The series covers a broad range of applications described in the original product document. These include PE waterproof membrane, PET sheet and environmentally friendly thermoforming packaging sheet made from PP, PE or PS. It can also be used for ABS/PMMA composite sanitary ware sheet, ABS/HIPS/GPPS refrigerator sheet, PC/PP/PE hollow cross-section board and PE aluminum-plastic composite panel production.
