The JWELL PVC-O pipe production line converts extruded PVC-U precursor pipe into biaxially oriented PVC-O pipe through controlled axial and radial stretching. This orientation process arranges the PVC long-chain molecules in both directions, creating a pipe structure designed for higher strength, toughness, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance than ordinary PVC-U pipe. The process can also reduce raw-material consumption and manufacturing cost while improving finished-pipe performance.
