JWELL PVC-O Pipe Production Line

A configurable extrusion and biaxial-orientation line for producing high-strength PVC-O pipe from PVC-U precursor pipe.

Key Selling Points

  • Biaxial Orientation: Axial and radial stretching aligns PVC molecular chains in two directions.
  • Broad Size Coverage: Seven configurations cover stated caliber ranges from Φ90 to Φ1200 mm.
  • Scalable Output: Documented production rates range from 300 to 1450 kg/h.
  • Process Choice: One-step and two-step methods support different pipe size ranges.
  • Configuration Clarity: Extruder model and main motor power are specified for each range.

Application Scenario

Product Description

The JWELL PVC-O pipe production line converts extruded PVC-U precursor pipe into biaxially oriented PVC-O pipe through controlled axial and radial stretching. This orientation process arranges the PVC long-chain molecules in both directions, creating a pipe structure designed for higher strength, toughness, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance than ordinary PVC-U pipe. The process can also reduce raw-material consumption and manufacturing cost while improving finished-pipe performance.

The line portfolio covers caliber ranges from Φ90–250 mm to Φ800–1200 mm. Available configurations use SJP78-33, SJP93-37, SJP114-37, or SJP135-37 extruders with stated main motor power from 45 to 173 kW. Depending on the selected size range, documented output extends from 300 to 1450 kg/h. One-step production is listed for the smaller ranges, two-step production for the larger ranges, and a one-step/two-step option for Φ315–630 mm.

For procurement, the key selection points are the required caliber range, target output, extruder model, installed main motor power, and preferred production method. Seven documented configurations provide a practical basis for matching the line to planned pipe dimensions and throughput. Because the source states that specifications may change without prior notice, final equipment parameters should be confirmed with JWELL before order placement. Pressure class, wall thickness, line speed, applicable standards, and downstream configuration are not specified in the supplied document and should be defined during technical consultation.
