Scenario ng Application

Paglalarawan ng produkto
The JWELL FDY spinning machine is designed for producing polyester fully drawn yarn through direct-melt spinning or spinning from virgin chips or bottle chips. Supplied as spinning engineering equipment, the system combines quenching, finish application, temperature control and precision winding for PET-FDY production. These functions address yarn evenness, package formation and subsequent unwinding within the production process.
A uniform, stable side-blowing quenching system supports consistent yarn evenness. For finish application, the equipment includes a spray system suited to fine-denier filaments and a universal oil-wheel feeding system. These source-described systems give purchasers specific finishing arrangements to discuss against their intended filament requirements.
The control arrangement uses an imported high-precision inverter together with high-precision RKC temperature instrumentation. The documented functions include setting, temperature control, monitoring and recording. This provides a defined control feature set for evaluating the equipment, without relying on unspecified temperature ranges or accuracy figures.
JW series high-speed winding heads manufactured by JWELL combine precision winding with automatic changeover. The source highlights successful automatic doffing, well-formed yarn packages and good unwinding performance. Together, these features support the handling of finished filament packages after spinning.
The product family is identified as PET, PA6 and composite FDY spinning equipment. The supplied process description specifically covers PET-FDY; PA6 and composite configurations should be confirmed for the intended project. Contact JWELL with the proposed feedstock and filament requirements to discuss the applicable equipment configuration and winding arrangement.
