Ürün Açıklaması
JWELL Vented Plastic Pelletizing Screw is designed for the recycling and pelletizing of different waste-plastic materials. Its screw structure mainly adopts an exhaust-type or vented design, allowing moisture and volatile gases to be discharged from the material during extrusion. This processing characteristic contributes to the stability of the resulting recycled pellets.
For flexible plastic recycling, the documented applications include PE and PP film together with woven bags. PA and PET waste yarn can also be processed for pellet production. These applications cover feedstocks with different physical forms, from crushed rigid pieces and sheet flakes to lightweight film, woven material and waste fiber.
The vented screw structure is the defining feature of this pelletizing series. During extrusion, the exhaust section provides a route for moisture and volatile components to leave the processed material. Selecting the screw for a particular recycling application should therefore begin with the polymer type, feedstock form, moisture condition and volatile content.
When requesting a quotation, customers should provide the recycled material, its physical form and the model of the pelletizing equipment. Required screw diameter, effective length, L/D ratio, operating conditions and production capacity should also be confirmed because these numerical specifications are not provided in the source document.
