The PVC / PVC–WPC Door Board Extrusion Line is a high‑performance production system designed for continuous manufacture of wide panels used in building exterior wall panels, ceiling panels, cabinets, advertising boards and other decoration applications. Available in two configurations (SJZ80/156 and SJZ92/188), the line delivers reliable, high‑capacity output with precise temperature control and flexible process parameters to produce PVC plastic‑steel or wood‑plastic composite (WPC) boards in a variety of widths, thicknesses and surface finishes.

High‑precision conical twin‑screw extruder
- The SJZ92 conical twin‑screw extruder (used on the higher‑capacity line) is specially designed for stable, efficient melt processing. It uses imported temperature control gauges and frequency conversion start for a wide speed range, precise temperature control and easy, reliable operation.
Excellent sheet forming and cooling
- A large forced cooling device is fitted to ensure rapid solidification and excellent dimensional stability of the produced boards, delivering flat, consistent panel quality.
Flexible product range and formula adaptability
- The line can be configured to produce wide boards of varying widths, thicknesses and specifications. By adjusting raw material formulations and process parameters, the system can make traditional PVC, rigid PVC profiles, or wood‑plastic composite boards with tailored mechanical, weathering or surface characteristics to meet specific application requirements.
