Yes. Core extruder components, such as the screw and barrel used in sheet extruder machines, are manufactured in our own facilities. We have 9 large metal processing workshops and 3 large nitriding and heat treatment workshops.
# What Payment Terms Are Acceptable?
We accept T/T or L/C at sight.
# What Is Your Delivery Time?
Because we produce many kinds of production lines and workloads vary, the delivery time for conventional products is generally as follows:
- Profile and pipe production lines: 40–70 days
- Hollow blow molding production lines: 60–100 days
- Sheet, plate, and membrane production lines: 90–120 days
- Other parts such as screws, barrels, molds, and rollers: usually 40–70 days depending on the specifications
