EVA/POE/PVB/SGP Film Extrusion Line

Product Applications

The films produced by our Film Extrusion Line are widely used in:
  • Photovoltaic (PV) Modules: High-transmittance EVA/POE films for solar panel lamination, which enhance the long-term durability and energy conversion efficiency of PV products.
  • Architectural Laminated Glass: PVB/SGP films for building facades, skylights, and safety glass, providing excellent impact resistance, optical clarity, and structural safety.

Key Advantages of the Film Extrusion Line

1. High-Precision Multi-Layer Coextrusion System

As the core component of the Film Extrusion Line, this system adopts German Brückner extrusion technology to enable 2-5 layer simultaneous coextrusion. It achieves a thickness tolerance of ≤±0.005mm, and its patented melt flow channel design ensures uniform lamination of EVA/POE/PVB/SGP materials—effectively avoiding bubbles and crystal points in the final film.

2. Intelligent Temperature Control & Casting Process

Tailored to the stable production needs of the Film Extrusion Line, the equipment is equipped with 32-zone PID precision temperature control, maintaining a temperature difference of ±0.5℃ to adapt to the production of films with different melt flow rates. The dual-sided cooling roller design further optimizes film quality, ensuring a surface flatness of Ra≤0.1μm and a light transmittance of >91%.

3. Fully Automated Online Defect Detection

To guarantee the qualification rate of films produced by the Film Extrusion Line, the equipment is integrated with a French ISRA Vision high-speed CCD detection system. This system can real-time identify defects such as impurities and scratches (with a detection precision of 0.02mm²). AI algorithms automatically classify defects and mark their positions, achieving a 100% defective product rejection rate.

4. Modular Flexible Production

The Film Extrusion Line features a quick material change system (<30 minutes for switching between EVA/POE/PVB materials), which significantly improves production efficiency. Additionally, optional units—such as UV curing and anti-stick coating modules—are available to meet high-end demands in PV and architectural laminated glass applications.
