The specially designed screw barrel, extruder and mold can ensure high torque output, improve the melting quality of the material, and make the performance of the wood-plastic composite material more stable.
The calibration table adopts advanced water cooling or air cooling technology, which can quickly cool the extruded wood-plastic products to the appropriate temperature, so that they can be quickly shaped, which helps to improve production efficiency and product quality.
We have “one step”(Mixer&Profile extrusion) production and “two steps”(pelletizing plus Profile Extrusion) which can save power and space, improve the capacity and make sure the pressure to be stable.
From the traditional one extruder production, to two extruders production lines, to three extruders production lines, to five extruders production lines which is the latest design at this moment.So it is with PE WPC floor–from first generation, to second generation, to third generation(double colors floor),which can decrease customer’s stock pressure, maintenance cost and can meet different customer’s requirement.
