• The computer-based centralized data control can realize functions such as inner tube weight control, synchronous traction control, fully automatic tube arrangement and coiling, and multi-station automatic layer control, effectively improving the accuracy and stability of the production process.
• The key equipment winding machine is a double-disc type, which adopts the automatic staggered spiral winding process. It can evenly wind two spiral reinforcement belts on the pipe through the rotating mechanism, which can improve the overall strength and stability of the pipe.
• The RTP pipes produced have good flexibility and high pressure bearing capacity, are impact resistant, and will not crack or leak even if strongly deformed. They are corrosion resistant and have a service life of more than 20 years in highly corrosive fluids.
