The Jwell APET/PETG/CPET/PLA Single-Screw Sheet Extrusion Line is designed for stable, high-efficiency production of clear and functional thermoplastic sheets. Its optimized single-screw extrusion system combines precise temperature control with a reliable drive system to support uniform melting, steady output and consistent sheet formation across a range of PET-based and biodegradable materials.
The line produces sheets with uniform thickness, a smooth surface and a practical balance of clarity, rigidity and toughness for thermoforming, packaging, stationery and other sheet applications. Available configurations provide reference outputs from 450 to 800 kg/h and product thicknesses from approximately 0.15 to 1.5 mm. Intelligent control of temperature and pressure, together with optional online thickness measurement, helps operators maintain repeatable quality during continuous production and product changeovers.
