JW-P-K1 — Fast-Opening Sheet Die
The JW-P-K1 features push-pull fine adjustment of the upper lip and a flexible lower lip for fast online thickness changes without stopping production. The maximum adjustment range is 5 mm. A 45-degree restrictor bar supports flow adjustment. This model is suitable for single- or multilayer PC, PS, PP, PE, and PLA sheet or plate.

JW-P-A1 — Standard Sheet and Plate Die
The JW-P-A1 uses a standard coat-hanger flow channel and a micro-adjustable upper lip. It is suitable for single- or multilayer PET, including APET and PETG, as well as PC, PS, PP, and PLA sheet or plate up to 2100 mm wide and from 0.14 to 2 mm thick.

JW-P-AT1 — Automatic-Adjustment Sheet Die
The JW-P-AT1 integrates an automatic control unit into the upper lip. Adjustment is divided into manual and automatic sections: the documented manual adjustment range is 1 mm, and the automatic adjustment range is 300 μm. It is suitable for PC, PS, PP, PE, and PLA single- or multilayer sheet or film in different widths.

JW-P-D1 — Multi-Manifold Coextrusion Die
The JW-P-D1 combines materials inside the die through multiple flow manifolds, supporting improved thickness distribution between layers. It uses a micro-adjustable upper lip, a fixed lower lip, and a 45-degree restrictor bar for the core layer. This model is intended for PC, PS, PP, PE, and PLA multilayer coextruded sheet.

JW-P-C1 — General-Purpose Sheet Die
The JW-P-C1 has a standard coat-hanger flow channel, adjustable upper lip, exchangeable lower lip, and 45-degree restrictor bar. It is suitable for single- or multilayer PVC, PS, PP, PE, and PC sheet from 0.8 to 12 mm thick.

JW-P-C2 — Pressure-Stabilized Sheet and Plate Die
The JW-P-C2 combines a gradual teardrop-shaped flat-shoulder flow channel with triangular diversion and stepped flow stabilization. This structure is designed to reduce die-lip deformation caused by high extrusion pressure. A manually push-out, fine-adjustable flexible upper lip supports precise setting, while a flat restrictor bar minimizes material stagnation and related degradation. The exchangeable lower lip can be selected with different openings for different thickness requirements. This model supports single- or multilayer PC, PS, PP, PE, PLA, and PVC sheet or plate.
