JWELL Godet Roller and Separate Roller for Civil Yarn

JWELL supplies godet and separate roller models for FDY civil-yarn spinning, with documented speed, temperature and surface-treatment options.

Key Selling Points

  • High-Speed Coverage: Source-listed models operate up to 4000 or 5500 m/min.
  • Temperature Uniformity: Heated GR models specify heat pipes and ±1°C working-area variation.
  • Stable Drive Selection: Permanent-magnet synchronous motors are documented across the series.
  • Surface Options: Choose mirror chromium, rough chromium or ceramic finishes.
  • FDY Application: The source states suitability for 40–300 dtex civil-yarn spinning.

Application Scenario

Product Description

The JWELL godet roller and separate roller series is designed for civil-yarn FDY spinning processes. The supplied specification covers paired GR and SR models for operating speeds of 1000–4000 m/min or 1000–5500 m/min. The GR models use four-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motors, while the SR models use two-pole permanent-magnet synchronous motors.

For heated GR configurations, the documented operating-temperature ranges are 60–180°C for the 4000 m/min model and 60–200°C for the 5500 m/min model. Heat-pipe temperature equalization, rotating PT100 temperature sensing and a ±1°C working-area temperature difference are listed for these heated models. The corresponding separate rollers do not show a working-temperature specification in the source table.

Oil-mist bearing lubrication and oil cooling are documented across all four models. Available surface states are listed as mirror chromium, rough chromium or ceramic, allowing the purchaser to discuss the roller surface against the intended yarn process. The table also records motor power, heating power and two dimensional entries for each model.

One important source discrepancy requires confirmation: the Chinese feature paragraph describes electrical induction heating, while the supplied English paragraph says steam heating. This public description therefore does not claim either heating method beyond the unambiguous heat-pipe temperature-uniformity data in the specification table. For quotation, confirm the target process speed, yarn fineness, temperature requirement, roller model, surface treatment and the required heating design with JWELL’s technical team.
