As autumn arrives in eastern Anhui, industry colleagues will gather in Chuzhou from October 26 to 28 for the 2026 Annual Conference of the Sheet Committee of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, alongside a technical exchange and business matchmaking event.
The conference will be held at Jinpeng Plaza Hotel (Langya). Chuzhou JWELL Sheet, Plate and Film Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., the event’s host, welcomes colleagues from across China’s plastics sheet and board industry to meet, exchange ideas on technological innovation and explore opportunities for the sector.
Conference Agenda
October 26 — Registration
Conference registration will take place throughout the day. Lunch will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a self-service dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
October 27 — Annual Meeting, Technical Exchange and Factory Visits
The morning program will open with a video address from Wang Zhankai, Vice Chairman of the China National Light Industry Council and Chairman of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association. This will be followed by remarks from JWELL Machinery leaders, a work report from Zhu Shanbao, Chair of the Sheet Committee, and the committee’s financial report.
From 10:00 to 11:45 a.m., economist Guo Fansheng will deliver a presentation on the path to AI transformation for traditional enterprises. After a group photo and lunch break, the afternoon technical sessions will cover:
- The development and outlook of China’s polyolefin industry, presented by Li Dongzhu of the China Chlor-Alkali Industry Association.
- The current state and outlook of the plastics industry.
- New applications for equipment in green building materials, presented by Wang Hong, General Manager of Anhui JWELL Extrusion Equipment Co., Ltd.
- Production lines for PEEK and PPS sheets, large-width PE geomembranes, and recycling equipment for sheet materials.
In the afternoon, attendees will gather at the hotel entrance and travel by bus to visit JWELL’s Chuzhou manufacturing base and Anhui Jinwei’s production base. The day will conclude with a banquet.
October 28 — China International Plastics Exhibition
Participants will attend the 2026 China International Plastics Exhibition and related activities from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
About the Sheet Committee
The Sheet Committee of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association (SC-CPPIA) is a national, nonprofit organization under the direct leadership and administration of the association.
