The Continuous Spray Winding Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line integrates the principal stages required to manufacture prefabricated, directly buried heat-insulation pipe. Steel pipes can be derusted online before the insulation and protective layers are formed, helping purchasers organize a continuous process with fewer separate handling steps.

Uniform spray application is designed to reduce the water absorption rate of the insulation layer. The process also increases the insulation layer’s closed-cell rate and reduces its thermal conductivity, supporting lower energy loss in the finished pipe. The sheet wall thickness can be adjusted to suit production requirements and control material use, providing a practical route to lower product cost while maintaining continuous output.

For the outer protective pipe, the winding method improves mechanical properties compared with the source line’s conventional forming approach. The line is configured around model JWG-CRBW1620 and covers pipe diameters from 300 to 1680 mm. Its extrusion section uses two JWS120/38 extruders, with a stated maximum capacity range of 1000 to 2000 kg/h.
