Produktbeschreibung*
Pipe Extruder Screw Designed for Efficient Pipe Production
The JWELL pipe extruder screw is designed for the extrusion of a wide range of thermoplastic pipes. It is available in both general and high-efficiency configurations, allowing the screw structure to be selected according to the raw material, pipe specification and production requirements.
The high-efficiency version uses a separation-type screw structure combined with barrier and mixing sections. This design supports efficient material conveying, melting and mixing throughout the extrusion process. It helps improve the extrusion efficiency of the pipe production line while maintaining effective material plasticization.
High-Efficiency Screw and Barrel Structure
The pipe extruder screw can be paired with a split barrel featuring an internal spiral groove. The coordinated screw-and-barrel structure is intended to improve material feeding and support higher extrusion efficiency.
Compared with a conventional screw structure, the separation, barrier and mixing design provides more targeted control over the material during conveying, melting and homogenization. It is suitable for pipe extrusion applications that require increased production efficiency and reliable continuous operation.
Optional Wear-Resistant Alloy Treatment
During high-speed and high-output extrusion, the screw flights may experience increased wear. To improve durability under demanding production conditions, plasma surfacing with three-sided alloy treatment can be applied to the screw flights.
The wear-resistant treatment helps protect the areas exposed to intensive friction, reduces premature flight wear and supports a longer service life for the pipe extruder screw.
