JWELL Spezialfaser- und neue Materialspinnmaschine

Multi-composite Spinning Machine
This machine is designed for bicomponent spinning of polyester (PET), polyamide (PA6), polypropylene (PP) and their modified polymers. It produces POY/FDY composite filaments in configurations such as segmented-pie, split, sheath-core and sea-island structures, with round or shaped spinnerets available. The resulting fibers are used in household and hotel cleaning textiles, bathroom cleaning products, automotive interior fabrics, seat and floor mats, carpets and blankets.

Carbon Fiber Spinning Machine
This machine is designed for carbon fiber spinning. Carbon fiber is a lightweight, high-strength, high-modulus material with a carbon content exceeding 95%. It combines flexibility with structural strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications in defense, aerospace, lightweight automotive components and high-performance civilian products.

T400 Bi-Component Spinning Equipment
This equipment uses PET and PTT polymers to produce T400 bicomponent fibers through a specialized spinning process. The configuration includes two extruders, melt pipelines, a bicomponent spinning beam and an independent heat-transfer medium system. With suitable modifications, the equipment can also produce PET/PA6 composite yarns and sea-island fibers.
T400 bicomponent filaments provide elasticity without spandex. They offer an alternative for textile applications where dyeability, controlled stretch, fabric dimensional stability and resistance to spandex-related aging are priorities. Typical applications include trousers, denim, sportswear and premium womenswear.
