To facilitate visitors’ travel, multiple transportation options are available from the airport and surrounding areas. Guests may drive or rent a car vía Carretera Bol or Periférico, with car rental services and both short- and long-term parking available at the airport. Blue minibuses can be taken from the main road near the airport, with a journey time of approximately 30 minutos and a fare of around 15 birr. Taxis are also available outside the terminal, and the fare to the city center is generally about 60 birr, subject to negotiation.
