The JWELL small diameter plastic pipe extrusion line is designed for producing HDPE water-supply and gas pipes as well as PP-R, PE-RT, PE-X and PB pipes. These products serve water-supply and radiant floor-heating systems in residential buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums and rural projects. Multiple line models cover pipe diameters from 16 to 63 mm, allowing buyers to match the equipment to the intended material, output range and production format.

For applications that require oxygen protection, selected units can be replaced or added to configure the line for three- or five-layer oxygen-barrier pipe production. The multilayer structure uses the barrier properties of EVOH to reduce oxygen transmission. This modular approach gives manufacturers a path from standard single-material pipe production to more specialized multilayer products without changing the documented process scope.

The extrusion system uses a BM high-efficiency screw intended to provide high output, good plasticization and stable, reliable operation. Available configurations include single- and double-pipe production models, plus low-speed and high-speed PE-RT options. According to the supplied technical parameters, maximum output ranges from 100–120 kg/h on selected single or low-speed models to 250–400 kg/h on the JWS-PE/PERT-63 double-pipe model.

JWELL developed the production line with a distinctive structure, advanced configuration, a high degree of automation and straightforward operation. Purchasers can select the model according to pipe diameter, required output, extruder specification and installed power, while optional multilayer units support documented EVOH barrier-pipe requirements.
