JWELL BCF Linya ng Pag-ikot ng Karpet

JWELL supplies a BCF carpet spinning line combining spinning, drawing and texturing for single-color or three-color carpet yarn production using PA6, PET or PP.
Pangunahing Punto ng Pagbebenta
- Feedstock flexibility: Process PA6, PET or PP, with PP recycled-material addition and 100% PET bottle-flake feedstock options
- pagkakapare-pareho ng kulay: Gravimetric color matching supports single-color and three-color carpet yarn production
- Uniform melt distribution: Special spin packs combine even melt flow with convenient replacement
- Controlled crimp setting: Nozzle texturing works with an optimized cooling drum
- Uniform godet temperature: Synchronous drives and high-frequency induction heating support thermal consistency
- Stable winding: Automatic yarn transfer maintains constant tension and supports package formation

Paglalarawan ng produkto
The JWELL BCF carpet spinning line produces carpet yarn from PA6, PET and PP through a one-step spinning, drawing and texturing process. Its modular equipment arrangement combines spinning, drawing and winding for single-color or three-color BCF yarn production. A gravimetric color matching system supports consistent yarn color across the production process.
The screw, barrel and process design accommodate multiple polymers. For material selection, the source specifies that recycled material can be added to PP feedstock and that PET production can use 100% bottle flakes. These options give buyers a basis for discussing feedstock requirements when selecting a line configuration.
Specially designed spin packs support uniform melt distribution and convenient replacement. A rotary bulking device helps stabilize BCF yarn bulking, while a dedicated monomer suction system removes oligomers and lactam. The nozzle-type texturing device works with an optimized cooling drum to support crimp setting.
Synchronous motors drive the heated godets. High-frequency induction heating and temperature-control transmitters support uniform godet temperature. Automatic yarn-transfer winding heads maintain constant yarn tension and support package formation during winding.
The stated yarn range is 600D–3600D, with a mechanical speed of 2800 m/min. Configuration choices include two or three ends per position, 120 mm or 150 mm spinneret diameters, and top- or bottom-mounted spin packs. Buyers can use these parameters to discuss the required polymer, yarn size, color arrangement and winding configuration with JWELL before finalizing equipment selection.
