The JWELL silicon core pipe extrusion line produces HDPE communication ducts with a smooth inner layer made from a low-friction silica-gel solid lubricant. This construction supports convenient cable installation by air blowing while providing corrosion resistance and helping reduce communication-network construction costs. The finished ducts are intended for optical and electrical cable network systems along highways, railways, and similar infrastructure routes.
The line is designed for both individual silicon-core ducts and bundled micro-duct structures. According to project requirements, small ducts in different sizes and colors can be gathered inside an external protective casing. This gives infrastructure contractors and duct suppliers a practical way to specify identifiable pathways for multi-cable routing while retaining the low-friction inner surface needed for efficient cable transmission.
For sheathed bundle production, the system can unwind multiple base pipes simultaneously at high speed and apply the outer casing quickly and uniformly. Traction, cutting, and finished-product coiling are synchronized under centralized computer control, supporting coordinated operation and efficient production. Two documented configurations cover distinct product ranges: JWS65/33 + JWS45/33 for 7-20 mm duct pipe at a stated maximum production speed of 120 m/min, and JWS75/38 + JWS65/33 for 110-250 mm duct pipe at a stated maximum production speed of 6 m/min.
