Scenario ng Application

Paglalarawan ng produkto
This PVC pipe extrusion line is designed for co-extruding three-layer PVC solid wall pipe with two or more SJZ series conical twin-screw extruders. The pipe’s sandwich layer can use high-calcium PVC or PVC foam compound, giving manufacturers two document-supported core-material options for matching their production requirements.
Each extruder is equipped with a super wear-resistant alloy screw barrel. Twin-screw feeding promotes an even powder supply and helps prevent material bridging, supporting consistent feeding throughout production. The optimized three-layer PVC die uses a chrome-plated, highly polished internal flow channel for wear and corrosion resistance. Working with a dedicated sizing sleeve, this die and sizing arrangement supports faster production and a good pipe surface.
For downstream handling, the cutting machine uses a rotating clamping device that adapts to different pipe diameters without frequent fixture replacement. An adjustable floating chamfering mechanism allows the chamfer size to be set according to pipe diameter and wall thickness. Cutting and chamfering are completed in one step, simplifying the finishing sequence. An enclosed dust-extraction unit improves chip collection around the cutting process.
Three available line models cover pipe diameters from 75 to 630 mm, with stated outputs from 300 to 900 kg/h depending on configuration. Buyers can compare pipe range, extruder combination, installed main power, and output in the technical table below. Final specifications should be confirmed before ordering because the manufacturer notes that parameters may change without prior notice.
