Product Description
A rubber roller must maintain dependable surface performance while operating under pressure, heat and continuous line speed. JWELL supplies industrial rubber rollers with covering materials selected for the actual process environment. Available options include EPDM, Hypalon, NBR, liquid silicone rubber, solid silicone and polyurethane. The covering can be specified to meet oil- or solvent-resistance requirements, while elasticity, flexibility, impact resistance and wear resistance are considered to support product quality and service life.
Temperature control is especially important in high-temperature applications because excessive heat can accelerate rubber aging. The roller core therefore uses a high-flow spiral cooling channel designed to keep the rubber roller surface temperature more uniform and controllable during production. This internal cooling arrangement supports stable processing conditions and helps protect the selected covering material.
For lines operating at high rotational speeds, accurate geometry and balance are essential. Precision grinding equipment is used to control the coaxial accuracy between the rubber-covered surface and the bearing positions at both ends. Multiple static- and dynamic-balancing correction processes help the roller run smoothly and efficiently, including on demanding biaxially oriented film production equipment.
