JWELL Quanjiao Manufacturing Base
Located in Shitan Industrial Park, Shizi Town, Quanjiao County, the facility enjoys convenient access to both Nanjing and Hefei.
The industrial park brings together several specialized JWELL companies, including Anhui JWELL Extrusion Machinery, Anhui JWELL Automatic Equipment and Anhui JWELL Precision Mold.
Its principal capabilities cover:
- Sheet and film extrusion equipment
- Precision flat dies
- Coating and lamination machinery
- Compounding and pelletizing systems
- Precision component machining
- Complete extrusion production lines
Equipped with multi-axis machining centers, precision inspection instruments and heat-treatment and nitriding facilities, the Quanjiao base integrates the production of critical components with complete-line assembly. This enables JWELL to provide customers with comprehensive extrusion solutions across the entire manufacturing chain.
JWELL Chuzhou Manufacturing Base
Located in the Chuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Chuzhou facility is one of JWELL’s strategic manufacturing centers in eastern China. Covering more than 300 mu, the base features standardized assembly workshops, advanced machining centers and experienced R&D and commissioning teams.
The facility focuses on the development and production of complete extrusion systems for:
- Plastic profiles
- Sheets and plates
- Pipes
- Wood-plastic composites
