Coating & Laminating Line

Coating and laminating lines apply functional coatings to film, foil, paper and other web substrates and combine layers into laminated materials for optical, protective, release, barrier and packaging applications. Jwell configures these lines with coating methods such as slot-die extrusion, gravure, comma scraper and multi-roll precision metering, together with two-roll or three-roll laminating, selectable oven heating and single- or double-station unwinding and rewinding. Each line is planned around the customer's substrate, coating material and finished product.
