The 3/5 Layer Stretch Hood Blown Film Line is designed for efficient production of high-quality stretch hood film. It features the latest Siemens PLC and servo control system for precise operation, stable performance, and energy savings.
Built with a specially designed screw and optimized die flow channel for cold stretch hood film, the line delivers stable extrusion, uniform thickness, and excellent bubble control. The elevated 2+1 automatic air ring and German imported thickness measurement system help ensure consistent film quality and high output.
The line is equipped with a fully automatic central and surface winder with automatic roll changing, automatic winding, and robotic roll delivery. With German E+L tension sensors and taper tension control, it provides smooth winding and helps prevent film stretching or deformation, even for large rolls.
It also offers flexible operation with manual or automatic roll changing modes, including length-based and diameter-based automatic change options for easy one-click control.
