Jwell Cast Film Die for CPP/CPE Film up to 6000 mm

A 6000 mm CPP/CPE cast-film die with flow stabilization, automatic thickness adjustment, and multilayer feedblock options.
Key Selling Points
- Wide-Web Capability: Source configuration supports CPP/CPE cast film up to 6000 mm.
- Stable Flow Distribution: Manifold, split-flow, and steady-flow structures reduce M/W patterns.
- Automatic Adjustment: Thickness-gauge feedback drives real-time expansion-bolt fine tuning.
- Multilayer Options: Replaceable distribution mandrels support different co-extruded layer structures.
- Material-Based Design: Cavity geometry is customized for the customer’s supplied raw material.
Product Description
JWELL cast film die is designed for CPP and CPE cast-film production in configurations up to 6000 mm. Its cavity structure is customized according to the raw material provided by the customer, allowing the flow path and die arrangement to be aligned with the intended resin, film construction, and production-line interface. The source specifies high-quality 2738 mould steel for the 6000 mm die.
An extended V-shaped manifold flow channel, triangular flow-splitting design, and dedicated steady-flow structure are used to reduce M-shaped or W-shaped melt-flow patterns during extrusion. This flow concept supports more uniform material distribution across a wide die and provides a clear technical basis for projects where transverse film consistency is a key purchasing requirement.
The die can be equipped with an automatic adjustment system. During production, expansion bolts are fine-tuned in real time using feedback from a traversing thickness-measurement device, enabling faster correction of product accuracy across the web. The source also states that the tooling can connect with existing equipment, subject to confirmation of the customer’s mechanical and process interfaces.
For multilayer production, a composite co-extrusion distributor supports multiple layer structures. Changing the distribution mandrel allows the processor to switch between specified layer arrangements without changing the core product identity. Buyers should provide the target CPP or CPE formulation, total film structure, individual layer ratio, required die width, thickness-control system, extruder connections, and existing line layout so the cavity, feedblock, automatic adjustment, and mounting configuration can be engineered for the application.
