Product Description
Jwell CFRT Prepreg Tape Composite Production Line is designed for the production of high-performance continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials. Using thermoplastic resin as the matrix and continuous fibers as the reinforcing material, the line integrates resin melt impregnation, extrusion, and forming processes to produce advanced composite sheets with high strength, high stiffness, high toughness, and recyclability.
This production line is ideal for manufacturing CFRTP-UD unidirectional tape, a single-layer fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite sheet made by spreading continuous fibers, aligning them in parallel, impregnating them with thermoplastic resin, and then shaping them into a finished product. Because the fibers are arranged in a 0° unidirectional structure without interlacing, the final material offers excellent mechanical performance and consistent quality. Product width can be customized from 300 mm to 1500 mm according to customer requirements.
Jwell’s CFRT prepreg tape composite production line is suitable for a wide range of industries that require lightweight and high-performance materials. Typical applications include automotive interior and exterior parts, thermoplastic winding pipes, sports and leisure products, home building materials, transportation and logistics equipment, and aerospace components.
