Precision Pelletizing and Cooling: Unlike traditional strand cutting, our auxiliary system utilizes die-face granulation. This results in granules that are exceptionally uniform and “dense,” which is critical for consistent feeding in downstream injection or extrusion processes. Following the cut, the pellets are immediately transported via an air-driven system to a vibration separator. This multi-stage cooling process ensures that every granule is perfectly finished and free of moisture before packaging.
