Product Description

The Jwell Twin-Screw Dryer-Free Vented PET/PLA Sheet Extrusion Line processes PET and PLA materials without a separate pre-drying stage. Its twin-screw system combines efficient plasticization with powerful venting to remove moisture and volatile components from the melt, simplifying raw-material preparation while supporting stable continuous sheet production.

The optimized venting structure helps produce sheets with uniform density, a smooth surface and reduced risk of bubbles or moisture-related defects. An intelligent control system precisely manages temperature, pressure and other process parameters, allowing operators to adjust production conditions and change product specifications efficiently. Available models cover reference outputs from 450 to 1,000 kg/h, sheet thicknesses from 0.15 to 1.5 mm and product widths from 800 to 1,050 mm for packaging, thermoforming and sustainable sheet applications.
