Jwell’s Precision Single Screw Extrusion Line is purpose-built for high-volume manufacturing of extracorporeal blood tubes (dialysis circuits) and blood transfusion tubes used in critical care and renal therapy.
Specialized Medical Tubing Production: Designed for hemodialysis consumables with stringent safety and quality standards, this line ensures consistent wall thickness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. The system includes an auto loader, high-output precision extruder, dedicated medical die, lengthened vacuum forming cooling tank, servo haul-off/cutter, and conveyor.
Performance & Control: Speed control uses Japan Mitsubishi servo motors with imported reducers, allowing stable torque and traction across different tube diameters (pump lines, main lines, branch lines). Output ranges from 25 kg/h (JWS45) to 150 kg/h (JWS75) with compact footprints starting at L9500×W2500×H1780 mm.
Clean-Room Ready: The fully stainless steel exterior meets 100,000-grade clean workshop standards, making it suitable for medical device manufacturers. Optional online precision outer diameter gauge enables real-time quality monitoring.
