Advanced TPU Technology: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) can be processed in both polyester and polyether varieties, offering exceptional characteristics including high tension, high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, and superior aging resistance. The production line adopts high-speed extrusion calendering and casting technology ensuring consistent product quality that is controllable and repeatable.

Versatile Application Range: TPU films are widely used in shoes, clothing, inflatable toys, water and underwater sports equipment, medical equipment, fitness equipment, automotive seat materials, umbrellas, bags, and packaging materials. The films also serve optical and military applications requiring specialized performance characteristics.

The production line handles transparent, colored, frosting, fog surface, and multi-layer composite TPU film products to meet diverse customer requirements.
