Jwell’s TPU High & Low Temperature / High Elasticity Film Production Line delivers advanced co-extrusion technology for producing soft, skin-friendly films with exceptional elasticity and three-dimensional characteristics.
Innovative Die Head Design: The production line features two or three extruders with inner co-extrusion design and a specially engineered thermal insulation die head. This breakthrough technology enables independent temperature control for each layer, solving the technical limitations of conventional co-extrusion when processing materials with vastly different properties and processing temperatures.
Material Versatility: TPU high elasticity films offer soft texture, excellent skin compatibility, high elastic recovery, and dimensional stability.
